Here is a list of requirements I need to get the ball rolling:

A description of your tattoo.
Size & placement.
Black & grey or colour.
Your availability & contact info.
Refernce photos relating to your request.
Booking Friday through Monday weekly. Schedule changes noted on my instagram.

The average response time for tattoo requests is typically 3-5 business days, If you are still awaiting a response please resubmit your request.

Notes & Deposit Policy:

᪥ Upon booking a tattoo date I require a non refundable $150 deposit. This will come off of the total amount of your tattoo at the end of the session. Your deposit pays to get the design process rolling as well as to hold your spot in the calendar. The deposit acts as an insurance policy, to ensure that you are serious about investing in your tattoo, will show up and hold the date discussed and to cover any drawing time should there be any schedule changes or no-shows. Deposits can be carried forward to new dates, as long as 72hrs notice is given.

᪥ The minimum charge for a tattoo falling under an hour is $150 with tax. My hourly rate is $200/hr. Consultations are free.

᪥ Lucky Toad Tattoo is a cash only location. 

᪥ I require 72hrs notice for all cancellations. This allows me enough time to find someone to fill the time slot. If the cancellation does not allow 72hrs notice, you will forfeit your deposit and be required to submit a second deposit upon rescheduling. Some exceptions apply.

᪥ If I am not able to contact you after 3 attempts to reschedule a tattoo, I will be forced to absorb your deposit & sell your design. Please check your email and junkmail. Deposits don’t always cover the cost of drawing time and this is to ensure that my art output stays relevant to my current skill set. Thank you for understanding.
